ONLINE SRC SUB-COMMITTEE RECRUITMENT

 

 (SECRETARIATS OF SRC):

i.                    Spirituality and Islamization Secretariat
-   This secretariat will be in charge on the matters regarding the spirituality and Islamization programs in order to fulfill the mission of the university.
-   To be responsible in the issue of IIUM students’ Akhlaq and Moral Conducts.



ii.                 Academic Affairs Secretariat
-   Academic affair secretariat will concern about students’ academic affairs.



iii.               Welfare Secretariat
-  Responsible pertaining students’ welfare.
-  Entertains students’ complaints and suggestion.
-  Organizes welfare related programs for IIUM community as well as to cater the welfare of the society outside IIUM.



iv.                Information Secretariat
-  This secretariat will provide relevant information to students via all type of media application.
-  Responsible to create awareness among students about current issues locally and globally.
-  Act as Publication Body on behalf of SRC (designing poster, banner & etc)




v.                  Sports and Culture Secretariat
-  This secretariat will be the mean to integrate students through culture and sport activities.
-  Responsible to cater any issues relating to IIUM athletes.



vi.                Public Relation Secretariat
-  Ensure a good relation between university’s authorities, SRC and students.
-  Responsible to ensure a good relation between SRC with other universities, government departments, NGOs etc.
-  Ensure the protocol being complied in any SRC programs.



 vii.             International Affairs Secretariat

-  Responsible to integrate unity among international student
-  As a mediator to voice out problems and suggestions arising among international students
